We provide our clients with both eDiscovery and information governance services and solutions. We utilise cutting-edge proprietary technology to help clients manage their info governance needs and a proprietary review platform to help them navigate any eDiscovery challenges they may face.
 
We are looking for an assistant project manager looking to develop their career within an organisation that is growing fast, working on a diverse caseload and providing excellent client service. We believe in providing our client managers with the bandwidth they need to be consultative and proactive for our clients.
 
We seek an ambitious individual who is technical, enjoys working with clients and is eager to learn.

Role Outline
 

  • Supporting our Senior Client Managers for our eDiscovery clients, working on a full range of matters and cases.

  • Provide our clients with timely help and support throughout the eDiscovery process.

  • Be flexible with your role and be keen to be involved in varied tasks.

  • Training will be continually provided and we encourage our team to take certifications.

 
What we are looking for?
 

  • At least one year of providing eDiscovery project-related work.

  • Be keen to learn new technologies.

  • Be adaptable and entrepreneurial in your approach.

  • Be hands-on and happy to be involved in all stages of a matter, including data processing, analysis, client training, review support and productions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

As we look to continue our growth is the UK legal market, an exciting opportunity is now available for a focused and highly motivated individual with a minimum 5 years technical solution sales experience and outstanding customer facing skills.

Role Outline
 

  • This is a technical solution & services sales role within the SaaS or IT Services market.

  • While focussed on a legal sector, prior experience of that market is not essential.

  • Lead generation and responding to incoming enquiries.

  • Requirements gathering.

  • Sales presentations.

  • Management of tender responses and customer proposals.

  • Management of the full sales cycle.

 
What we are looking for?
 

  • A self-starter with a strong focus on lead generation.

  • A track record of successful solutions and services sales.

  • Prior experience of selling case management solution is preferred but not mandatory

  • Exceptional networking and relationship nurturing skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong technical skills including the ability to deliver engaging software sales demonstrations.

  • Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

  • A proven background within a structured sales environment.

  • Ability to work independently and travel throughout the UK when engaging with customers.
